Post-Workout Smoothies

This is one of my favorite post workout smoothies.
It basically has all,  healthy fats, carbohydrates, protein and most importantly your antioxidants including greens.

Just mix up all the ingredients in a blender with a  base which could be anything from filtered Water to Almond milk or coconut water or fruit juice etc.

Few Tips- *Wash your spinach properly.
* Turmeric + black pepper is an  excellent combination. Research supports that combining the piperine in black pepper with the cur-cumin in turmeric enhances cur-cumin absorption by up to 2,000% ( https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9619120 )
* I prefer medjool dates as they are soft and blend easily. If you are using hard variety of dates just microwave them for few seconds and they'll be good to go.
* Banana is frozen so that smoothie is cold naturally and ice doesn't dilute it.
* This is a basic recipe you can always experiment with fruits etc.
* Do not add too much water 150 -200ml should be good enough to give
